Apart from Iceland and the Yellow Stone National Park in USA Rotorua is the third place in the world where you can see geysers and mudpools. And Rotorua is also a place where the Maori Culture is a vivid one.
We pick you up at Mt. Maunganui Harbour (the Port of Tauranga) at 9.00 am. We drive through the kiwi fruit and pine plantations to Rotorua where we first visit the Whakarewarewa Thermal Resort and the Maori Carving School. After Lunch we visit the Agrodrome for a live show on New Zealand Farming with emphasis on sheep and wool. Then we will return you to Mt. Maunganui at latest 4.00 pm.
